DR. DEL MILLERS

Dr. Del is a PhD Nutritionist and has a master’s degree in counseling psychology. He is also the author of 8 books on nutrition and personal growth.

He started his entrepreneurial journey 25 years ago as a celebrity fitness trainer in Los Angeles, helping top Hollywood talent and Academy Award winning actors get lean for the screen. He has also consulted with professional athletes from the Los Angeles Lakers, Clippers, Sparks, as well as professional tennis and volleyball athletes.

Dr. Del currently lives in Ladera Ranch, CA with his wife and three daughters who are high school and club volleyball players.
