THE 10 MINUTE CHALLENGE

My intent with this book is not to make empty promises. I simply want to present you with a short, complete workout that you can do in ten minutes. If this program is all you do, more than likely, you will not end up looking like me – or a top athlete – or a role model for fitness.

However, if you do this program at least three or four times a week, you will get stronger, leaner and fitter. I guarantee you that... As you do it, you will also develop new muscle tissue which will increase your metabolism, and in turn, enable your body to burn fat more effectively.

Please keep in mind, if you have a current fitness regime, I am not advocating giving it up. This program is meant to be a supplement for those times when you only have ten minutes to spare.
