THE 10 MINUTE CHALLENGE My intent with this book is not to make empty promises. I simply want to present you with a short, complete workout that you can do in ten minutes. If this program is all you do, more than likely, you will not end up looking like me or a top athlete or a role model for fitness. However, if you do this program at least three or four times a week, you will get stronger, leaner and fitter. I guarantee you that... As you do it, you will also develop new muscle tissue which will increase your metabolism, and in turn, enable your body to burn fat more effectively.
